How fast is your delivery process?

For stocked items, we prioritize same-day shipping for orders placed by noon (CET - Central European Time). All shipments are expedited using express services such as FedEx International Priority or DHL Express Worldwide. For custom or out-of-stock products, delivery timelines depend on production schedules and stock availability. Please contact us for specific timeframes regarding your order.

What shipping options do you offer?

We collaborate with leading carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT, providing you with three flexible shipping methods:

  • Freight Prepaid: We arrange the shipment and add the shipping cost to your invoice.
  • Freight Collect: You provide your carrier account details (e.g., FedEx, DHL), and the shipping charges are billed directly to your account.
  • Client Pickup: You can schedule your preferred carrier to collect the goods from our facility.

For larger orders, typically over 70 kg, we offer freight shipping as a cost-effective alternative to express options. Freight shipping can be arranged by sea for long-distance international destinations or by road for deliveries within the same region as our facilities (EU or US). Freight shipping is ideal for bulk items, and though it may take longer, it offers significant savings. A custom shipping quote will be provided upon request, based on your shipment's size and destination.

What are the default shipping terms?

By default, we ship under FCA (Free Carrier) terms from Marseille, France. The buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees at the destination.

For U.S.-based customers, we offer upon request shipments from our U.S. facility in Las Cruces, NM, under FOB (Free on Board) terms. In this case, the buyer takes responsibility once the goods are loaded for transport.
